I would recommend Lloyd to service your vehicle, he
did a great job in my diesel truck, I went I for a grease job and he noticed my steering wheel stabilizer was damaged and prevented me from having an accident.. My jeep will be next!

My Daughter and I had a "mishap in the mountains" on our SXS and needed help with a winch out...Lloyds came out within minutes upon us calling them. They asked us if we were ok and in need of medical care and truly cared about our well-being. The masterful gentleman who strategically pulled it out without causing further damage was a true hero. He explained everything in details we could understand and was just an all around stellar guy. We opted to have it towed to their shop so they could review/fix and make sure it was safe to run.
From first point of contact through entire process they were kind, professional, fast and all around outstanding.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in any type of unfortunate accident...

This company went out of their way to get me off a narrow highway that I was brook down in. It was late at night and they got me moving to a safe place. Unable to buy a factory part they built one for me, they are very nice and I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto/truck service.

I noticed my truck was feeling a bit sluggish, so I made arrangements to drop off my camper in Heber instead of attempting to drive it back into the Valley. After dropping off my camper, I started my truck and all the gauges looked normal, so I headed east on Highway 260 toward Pinetop to visit family.
Suddenly, my temperature gauge shot up and my truck began overheating. I had little to no cell service, only an SOS signal, and I wasn't in the safest spot to break down. I carefully drove a little farther to find a safe place to pull over and hopefully get a signal. Once I was able to make a call, I contacted my brother in Pinetop and then called Loyd's.
To my surprise, someone answered right away and had a tow truck scheduled within 20 minutes. Tim was professional, courteous, and took great care of both me and my vehicle. He towed my truck back to their shop in Heber and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
What impressed me even more was learning that Loyd's doesn't just provide 24/7 towing service, they also repair vehicles. Instead of having to coordinate with another shop, they diagnosed and fixed my truck the very next day, and I was back on the road.
No one enjoys breaking down on the side of the road, but I'm incredibly grateful I found Loyd's when I did. Their quick response, excellent customer service, and quality repair work turned a potentially awful experience into a manageable one. Thank you to Loyd, Tim, and everyone at Loyd's for getting me back on the road so quickly!
Highly recommended!
Thank you, brother, for picking me up there too! You all are AWESOME!!

My son accidentally locked my keys in the car. They accepted my insurance’s roadside coverage. And the gentleman that helped me was amazing! He was very thorough and careful with my car. Took less than 10 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he left. Fantastic all around!!!
